| Membership of Four Seasons Country Club can be achieved by purchasing one or more weeks in a villa. We offer a choice of one bedroom and two types of two bedroom apartment or duplex, all of which offer two additional beds in the lounge. A total of Ninety-six villas are beautifully laid out in seventeen acres of superb landscaped gardens, assuring maximum peace, privacy and sunshine. A magnificent clubhouse for the family or golfer completes the complex. The facilities include a synthetic grass five-a-side football pitch, three all weather flood-lit tennis courts and a tennis club house with bar area, bowling green with artificial surface, 2 squash courts, billiards and snooker room, indoor heated and outdoor swimming pools, beauty salon, hairdresser, sauna, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, boutique and crèche, A restaurant and bar providing meals and snacks throughout the day is also located in the clubhouse. Bookings for all sports are done through the sports office and a children’s club operates during school holidays. |
| The golfing facility offered by the Club is second to none. Members are entitled to up to three hours daily of guaranteed starting times on the Quinta do Lago courses and benefit from preferential rates. |
| Membership is in perpetuity and may be sold, given away, or bequeathed. It can be rented out, or exchanged for other resorts throughout the world with Interval International the major exchange company. Use of the facilities is extended to fifty-two weeks per year with membership. |
| The Club is ultimately owned by the members, who took full control of the club from 1988, and is administered by a board of directors elected by the members. Four Seasons Country Club Ltd, the parent company, is registered in the Isle of Man and is a company limited by guarantee. The day-to-day operation of the club is the responsibility of the General Manager who is appointed by and reports to the board of directors. |

Availability is constantly changing and at popular times of the year is very limited. Units are only available on a resale basis and the prices practised are those agreed between the vendor and the purchaser. The resale office keeps an updated list of availability and also a price guide based on the most recent sales. Availability is listed by the month and week. Please advise us of your requirements by letting us know the month, number of weeks needed and size of villa preferred. | |
